Meet Our Staff

Alli proudly represents the fourth generation of Nemec Insurance Agency, where she began her career in 2010. Licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota for property and casualty insurance—and in Wisconsin for health and life—she provides comprehensive support across all lines of coverage. Whether personal or business, Alli strives to make insurance simple, accessible, and tailored to each client’s needs.

As someone who grew up in a family business, Alli is grateful to now raise the fifth generation within it. She treasures the long‑standing relationships built with clients over the years and holds their trust in the highest regard.

Outside of work, Alli enjoys life with her husband and two children. A lifelong Ashland local, she loves being close to the lake and spending time with the people who matter most.

Jarred is a 4th generation Owner and Agent and began his career with Nemec Insurance Agency in the fall of 2015. He is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent in the state of Wisconsin, specializing in personal lines.

Jarred is a 2007 graduate of Ashland High School and went onto study at the University of Wisconsin- Stout. He studied Golf Course Management with a minor is Business Administration and emphasis in Lodging. Jarred enjoys being a part of the family business and notes that the insurance world is always evolving and is an industry that allows him to help all kinds of people and businesses, which he finds very rewarding. He looks forward to carrying on the family tradition of working hard and giving customers the service they deserve.

Sam is 4th generation Owner & Agent who began his career with Nemec Insurance Agency in the spring of 2020. He is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent in the state of Wisconsin, specializing in personal lines.

Sam graduated from Ashland High School in 2015 and then continued his education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He majored in Business Administration and a minor in Journalism.

Sam is proud to be a part of the storied family business and enjoys helping all kinds of people with all their insurance needs. Sam is a dedicated sports fan who enjoys watching the Badgers, Cubs, Packers and the sport of MMA.

Danika is also a 4th generation employee and began her career with Nemec Insurance Agency in the fall of 2015. She is our current office manager and brings over 15 years of customer service experience with her. She is a licensed agent in Property & Casualty as well as Health Insurance. Danika is licensed in both the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Danika recently finished her degree in Business Management.

Danika has four young daughters whom keep her very busy. She enjoys spending time with family. She is dedicated to providing clients with the excellent service they deserve and the peace of mind that they are protected.

Tim began his career with Nemec Insurance Agency in 1987. Tim is a Licensed Certified Residential Appraiser. In addition, Tim, is licensed in all lines of insurance, and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Wisconsin.

Tim is an avid sports fan, and enjoys watching the Badgers, Brewers, Bucks, and Packers. He also loves spending time with his four granddaughters.

Chris Nemec was a 3rd generation owner of Nemec Insurance Agency after purchasing the agency from his father in 1994. He joined the agency and family business in 1978. Chris attended the F&G School of Insurance in Baltimore, MD in 1980.

Chris married the love of his life, Holly, in 1985. He has four children; Allison, Jarred, Nick & Sam. Chris was a member of St. Agnes, the Elks, and Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. Chris passed away on 11/24/2021, with the business being passed on to his 4 children to start the 4th generation of ownership.
